Icemourne is a new Extra Item in Zombie Plague 4.3 mode for Human.

Description:

When human buys this item, he will have a very strong knife. The ability of this item is that it has 1:10 chance to instant kill a zombie (with one shot) and that chance can be changed of course. Normal damage (every other hit with icemourne) is 5 times stronger than normal.
